Care Philosophy
For me, being a family physician is an honor and a privilege. People welcome me, often as a stranger, into their lives, and ask for advice and guidance with their health and beyond. My approach to that privilege is to try my best to meet people where they are at, to listen, and to get to know their priorities and health goals. In a spirit of partnership and compassion, I try to offer guidance and education, striving to help people live their healthiest lives. I recognize that health has physical, mental, and social dimensions, and my hope is to foster balance, acknowledging that people’s stories are much bigger than the doctor’s office.
