We offer our heartfelt appreciation to all who comprise the American workforce. The weather in Nevada is finally beginning to cool, and children are back to school. Also, an unofficial end to summer, Labor Day signals the cyclicality of the school year. This year, across the country, K-12 schools are primarily offering in person learning, and while exciting, is not without some trepidation.
