Women meeting with Doctor through Telemedicine appointment

Telemedicine

Keeping you and our community healthy is our top priority. We’re dedicated to providing you high-quality, passionate, patient-centered care – in-person or from the comfort and safety of your home through a Telemedicine appointment.

What is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine enables you to remotely connect with Roseman Medical Group Providers for healthcare services and information by phone, tablet, or computer. These virtual visits are provided through user-friendly, HIPAA-compliant video and communications technology allowing you to see and speak with a provider as you would during an in-office visit. We offer three options:

  • Patient portal
  • Mobile app – Doximity
  • Direct phone call

Benefits of Telemedicine Appointments

  • Convenient healthcare
  • Saves time and money
  • Reduces risk and exposure
  • Reduces travel
  • Reduces wait times

How much does a Telemedicine Appointment Cost?

We are committed to providing healthcare that meets your unique medical needs, while working with our insurance companies to provide cost-effective care. We understand healthcare costs can be substantial, unexpected, and often complicated. We accept most health insurance plans. Certain insurance plans may not cover telemedicine, although many insurers are adding coverage for telemedicine services. Contact our office at 702-463-4040 regarding insurance questions.

Do I need an Appointment to See a Provider?

We welcome both new and existing patients to use our Telemedicine services. An appointment must be scheduled to see a provider prior to a Telemedicine appointment for new patients. Telemedicine appointments are best suited for medication management, behavioral health checks, and annual well visits.

When are Telemedicine Appointments Offered?

We offer appointments Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.

Making Your Telemedicine Appointment a Success

  • You will initially be contacted via phone call by an RMG Medical Assistant for intake information and copay. A Medical Assistant will ask whether you would like to be seen through the patient portal, Doximity (you will be contacted via your cell phone by the provider), or your home or cell phone and instruct you how to access your chosen communication modality.
  • Access to a mobile device (cell phone or tablet), or computer
  • Find a quiet, private location to have your visit
  • Ensure you have a reliable, high-speed internet connection
