Clinical Pharmacy

Our in-house clinical pharmacist works directly with the Roseman Medical Group’s primary care and neurology providers delivering medication therapy management (MTM) for patients who have complex chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

MTM helps minimize medication-related problems by helping patients understand the following:

  • Medications interaction and side effects
  • Effect of medication to blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol
  • Cost-effective options available
  • Taking the medications at the right time of day or in the right order

Patients may be referred to our in-house clinical pharmacist by their RMG provider.
